Lowe’s Store Location

Based on user feedback from internal testing. I’ve designed a mockup of a change store experience to allow customers to easily access the information they want / need. Based on assumption before user testing our solution for change store was to give customers information about stores such as store hours, and directions. Upon user testing we discovered 10/ out of 10 user will rely on apps like google maps and apple maps to get store information. Our team then took on the primary object from our users to help them get pricing , inventory, and fulfillment information rapidly.

Current State

Competitive Analysis

User is able to location based service for fulfillments for both pick up and delivery. The users entry point is ever present through out the shopping funnel, giving the customer the power of choice, and educating the customer on price, inventory and fulfillment options.
